OralScan AI is offered as a pre-order with devices shipping starting November 2026. Pre-order dates are estimates and may shift based on production timelines. By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of checkout.
Due to the medical-grade hygiene standards of our smart toothbrush and intraoral camera, we do not accept returns once a device has been opened or used. If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
OralScan AI devices include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear of brush heads.
OralScan AI provides wellness insights and educational guidance only. Our AI findings are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace professional dental care. Always consult a licensed dentist for diagnosis and treatment of dental conditions.
You agree to use the OralScan AI app only for its intended purposes. You may not reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
All content, software, and branding associated with OralScan AI remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
OralScan AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond the limited warranty described above. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our product or app.
We may update these terms as our service evolves. Continued use of OralScan AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
